Reflexology, a zone therapy which is an alternative therapy done by applying pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques without any use of oil or lotion. It is based on a fact that a gentle manipulation or pressing on certain parts of the foot & hands will produce an effect elsewhere in the body.
